Preface
This book presents an original thesis regarding the fate of human civilization in the modern era. It’s centered around an in-depth examination of the origin, purpose, and destiny of the American Empire, which for over a century has been the dominant force in global affairs. In building its case, it weaves together several interrelated ideas and arguments:
That America plays host to a global empire;
That this empire is driven by a Deep State;
That this Deep State has its origin in the rise of an America oligarchy during the 19th-century; and
That concealed behind this oligarchy (and the Deep State apparatus that surrounds it) exists an extremely secret scientific institution, which holds a monopoly on all scientific and technological research pertaining to the Ether - an atmospheric energy source that was once studied by ancient philosophers under the guise of alchemy. In this book, I label this secret scientific institution the “Technocratic Superstate” and argue that it was first established in the formative years of the Industrial Revolution.
The Technocratic Superstate, whose primary domicile is within the underground black projects apparatus of the US National Security State, is the primary mastermind behind the modern UFO mystery, using it as a mechanism through which to wage an elaborate social engineering operation on the global population. The purpose of this campaign? To prepare the world for global government, the shift from capitalism to technocracy, and the eventual revelation of a long-classified arsenal of breakthrough energy technologies, which the Technocratic Superstate has developed in secrecy for decades.
This thesis is presented across twelve chapters divided into three sections: The Origin of American Empire, The Birth of the Technocratic Superstate, and The Transition to Global Government. Bookending this discussion are extended Introduction and Conclusion essays, which step back and reconsider this saga from a philosophical perspective, focusing in particular on how the study of time cycles enhances our understanding of these historical developments. The key insight that emerges from this analysis is that the global transformations that are now taking place are occurring at the precise moment that the planet is moving into a critical transition phase of the 25,800-year Precession Cycle. The key themes of the period of cosmic transformation we are moving into include: planetary initiation, baptism by fire, and the phoenix-like death-and-rebirth of human civilization, in which the old form of civilization must die so that a new evolutionary era can be born - the age of the World Nation.
